The plastic solar sensor light is a wiring-free, zero power consumption, fully automatic intelligent outdoor lighting product. It covers a full series of models from single-head to multi-head versions to meet varied requirements for lighting coverage and brightness levels.
Adopting a professional composite plastic structure, the fixture features an ABS engineering plastic housing paired with a PS high-transmittance light panel. The ABS shell delivers excellent toughness, UV resistance, anti-aging and crack-proof properties. It can withstand long-term outdoor exposure under sun, rain, cold and heat without yellowing or deformation. The PS light-transmitting panel provides uniform and soft light output with strong impact resistance and low light loss, effectively eliminating glare and improving overall lighting quality.
Diversified core configurations are available for selection. Customers may pick monocrystalline silicon or polycrystalline silicon solar panels, with three mature manufacturing processes including epoxy resin potting, glass lamination and PET lamination. For light sources, SMD LED chips or integrated SMD COB chips are optional to satisfy different demands such as high-brightness wide-area lighting and high-CRI soft lighting. Built-in high-quality lithium battery features sufficient energy storage, long cycle life and stable discharge performance, supporting all-night continuous illumination when fully charged.
Equipped with a dual intelligent control system combining PIR human body induction and remote dimming functions, the light automatically turns on when people approach and turns off with delay after people leave under induction mode. Users can also manually adjust brightness levels and switch among constant-on, motion-sensing and low-power standby modes via remote control. It operates unattended: charging automatically in daytime and providing intelligent lighting at night.
Mass-produced on standardized automated assembly lines, the light goes through multiple production procedures including plastic injection molding, precision processing of solar panels, battery encapsulation protection, core circuit soldering and full-unit function calibration & aging test. All finished products pass strict tests of IPX4 water and dust resistance, high-low temperature weather resistance, induction sensitivity as well as charge-discharge cycle tests, ensuring stable and reliable quality across batches.
